Lakehouse - Fairview, PA Residential Portfolio

This project was a newly constructed 8,500 sq. ft. home on lakefront property in Fairview. It consisted of speakers throughout the house, 15 tvs, automated lighting, security and network. The house has a walk in hand built wine fridge and wine tasting room, gym, sauna, two hot tubs, a bar both inside and outside, as well as many other amenities.
